Infant Car Seats
Pregnant members will receive a car seat at no charge. Members are limited to one car seat per delivery through the community baby showers.
Transportation to Pharmacy
Transportation will be available up to 7 days post-discharge to ensure appropriate discharge medications are filled, and retrieved.
Holistic Care Grant
Supports whole health that considers the whole person -- body, mind, spirit and emotions. $250 per household, per calendar year.
