Western Sky Community Care members are part of the New Mexico Centennial Care Program. As members, you can earn rewards for receiving your COVID-19 vaccination and more!
Earn 200 reward points ($20 value)
As soon as you’re able to get your COVID-19 vaccine, get vaccinated and earn 200 reward points ($20 value)! Simply call us or go online to let us know when you complete your COVID-19 vaccine and you’ll earn rewards.
Reward Details
- All ages, as recommended.
- Reward available once every calendar year.
- To earn reward points, you must either call us at 1-877-806-8964 (TTY: 1-844-488-9722) to report that you completed your COVID-19 vaccine or report it online. You will not receive reward points for completing this activity unless you report it.
- Reward points can only be used to shop for items in the rewards catalog.
- Reward points cannot be used to purchase alcohol or tobacco. Reward points have no cash value and cannot be converted into cash.
- Activity must be completed between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021.
