Vaccination Program - WSCC Message on Behalf of NMDOH. Take Action by Nov. 13th, 2020!

WSCC is sharing the information below on behalf of the New Mexico Department of Health at the direction of the New Mexico Medical Assistance Division. This is an urgent communication that requires review and action.
The following provider actions are required before the end of day on November 13th 2020 or sooner to ensure streamlining of the vaccine dissemination and administration process in a timely manner in NM:
- Providers (prescribing clinicians) are required to log into the NMDOH COVID website
- Go to the COVID 19 Vaccine Providers Tab and complete the following ASAP:
- COVID 19 Vaccine Provider Survey
- COVID 19 Vaccine Provider Agreements
- It has also been directed for hospitals and other medical facilities to scroll to the COVID 19 Pre Positioning Site and identify if their jurisdiction may be used for the storage and pre-positioning of the vaccine (conditions specified herein in the link).
- It has been directed that the New Mexico Department of Health is requiring hospitals to complete, sign, and submit their Vaccine Provider Agreements by November 6, 2020. To complete these agreements, providers must request access to the Vaccine Provider Portal and complete them online.
