Quality Improvement Program

Western Sky Community Care’s Quality Improvement (QI) Program focuses on good health. The program creates plans, puts those plans into action, and measures efforts to improve your health and safety.

The QI Program strives to make a difference in health outcomes. We develop actions to improve member and provider satisfaction. Western Sky Community Care involves providers to help us design programs that meet your needs. The providers assist with developing and monitoring activities of the QI Program as well as providing insight into preventive health resources and information.

For questions about the QI Program and our progress on meeting goals, call the Member Services department at 1-844-543-8996 (TTY: 711).

The QI Program also reviews services provided to our members.

Information and/or a full copy of Western Sky Community Care’s current QI Program Description is available upon request.

Every Voice Makes a Difference

At Western Sky Community Care, our members' feedback on their healthcare experience is important to us which is why we send our members various Member Experience Surveys throughout the year. We encourage all our members to complete these surveys to have their voice be heard. At Western Sky Community Care, we use the member feedback we receive from these surveys to help us identify areas for improvement and shape goals for improving the member experience for all members.

Here are some of the Member Experience Surveys you may receive:

Western Sky Community Care

  • CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) Survey: This survey gives WSCC feedback on a member’s overall healthcare experience and evaluates the services they are provided.
  • ECHO (Experience of Care and Health Outcomes) Member Satisfaction Survey: This survey gives WSCC feedback on a member’s experience for behavioral health services and WSCC performance in this area.
  • MHSIP (Mental Health Statistics Improvement Project) Survey: This survey gives WSCC feedback on a member’s experience with their behavioral health services.
