Tobacco Cessation Program (Minors, Adults, and Pregnant Women)

The Tobacco Cessation program gives you the facts and support you need to quit smoking. Quitting is the best thing you can do for your health. This program is brought to you by, your health plan.

The Tobacco Cessation program will help you:

Get ready to quit using tobacco

Learn when and where you crave cigarettes.

Make a plan to quit.

Find ways to fight your cravings

If you choose to participate, you will be matched with a lifestyle coach.

  • Your coach will talk with you on the phone.
  • Your coach will be there to support you while you give up smoking.
  • You will have a toll-free phone number to call your coach whenever you need to talk.
  • You will also receive a health kit with materials to help you quit.

If you are using tobacco products and are enrolled with Western Sky Community Care, you are eligible for the Tobacco Cessation program.

The Tobacco Cessation program is offered at no cost to you.

We are open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you have a special need, such as a vision or hearing problem, or need to speak with someone in a language other than English or Spanish, please let the person you talk with know.
